This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases from Spacelys, operated by 1200 SERVICES, LLC. It covers paper journals, notebooks, planners, project pads, and related stationery products sold through this store.
Return Window and Condition
- Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
- Customers may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Product condition accepted for return: new only.
- Exchanges are accepted when the replacement item is available.
- Return method: by mail.
Stationery Return Eligibility
Returned items should be unused, clean, unmarked, undamaged, and returned with original packaging. Journals with writing, torn pages, removed labels, bent covers from use, missing set pieces, or signs of handling beyond inspection may not qualify as new-condition returns unless required by law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives bent, misprinted, missing pages, damaged, or different from the order, contact support@spacelys.shop within 7 days of delivery. Include the order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, label, and issue.
How To Start a Return
- Email support@spacelys.shop with the order number, item name, and return reason.
- Wait for return instructions before mailing the item.
- Pack journals flat and securely to reduce bending during transit.

Labels, Fees, and Refunds
- Return label: included in the package, free.
- Restocking fee: No cost. No restocking fee is charged for approved returns.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Shopify Payments.
- Refund processing time is 10 days after approval and submission.
Exchanges and Cancellations
Exchanges depend on availability of the requested cover color, page style, format, or set quantity. Cancellation requests can be reviewed before an order enters fulfillment. Once shipped, the customer may request a return after delivery.
