This Shipping Policy explains how 1200 SERVICES, LLC processes and ships orders placed through Spacelys. The store currently serves customers in the United States, and checkout amounts are displayed in USD.
Processing Time
- Order cut off time is 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles), GMT-08:00.
- Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days after payment authorization.
- Orders are fulfilled Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays and carrier non-service days.
- Notebook and journal orders may be checked for correct format, cover color, page style, and set quantity before shipment.
Delivery Estimate
- Standard shipping is available for eligible addresses in the United States.
- Estimated transit time is 7-13 business days after the parcel is handed to the carrier.
- Shipments are handed to carriers Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays and carrier non-service days.
- Total estimated delivery time is usually 8-16 business days, including processing and transit.
Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is provided at 0 USD for eligible orders shipped within the United States. Any available shipping method and cost will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Tracking and Address Accuracy
Tracking information may be sent after carrier acceptance. Customers should enter a complete shipping address, including apartment, unit, ZIP code, and reachable phone number where required. Incomplete addresses can delay processing or delivery.
Split Shipments and Delivery Issues
Orders with multiple journals or notebook sets may ship in separate packages. If a package is delayed, missing, bent, or damaged in transit, contact support@spacelys.shop with the order number and photos of the packaging when available.
